1. Booking Confirmation
Booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
Written/WhatsApp confirmation should be considered part of the booking record.
2. Payment Terms
50% advance at the time of booking.
Remaining amount before the event/performance.
Any additional service requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
3. Cancellation Policy
Advance payment is non-refundable.
If the event is postponed, the advance may be adjusted to a new date subject to availability.
4. Date & Time
Client must provide the final event schedule in advance.
Any delay caused by the client/venue may affect performance or setup timing.
5. Venue & Facilities
Client/venue should provide required space, electricity, changing room, tables, chairs, etc., depending on the service booked.
Adequate performance/setup area must be available.
6. Travel / Stay / Food
For events outside Delhi NCR, travel, accommodation and food for artists/crew should be provided by the client or charged separately.
7. Artist Availability
Specific artist requests can be accommodated subject to availability.
In exceptional circumstances, Dance Zone by Vineet may provide an equivalent replacement artist.
8. Choreography
Practice schedules will be mutually decided.
Client must attend scheduled practices on time.
Last-minute song/performance changes may attract additional charges or may not be possible.
9. Décor / Props / Special Effects
Final design, quantity and specifications should be approved before the event.
Changes after approval may result in additional charges.
Special effects will be performed according to venue safety requirements.
10. Weather / Force Majeure
Outdoor services may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to rain, extreme weather, government restrictions, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond your control.
11. Photography / Promotion
If you want to use event photographs/videos for Instagram, website and promotional purposes, add a proper consent clause.
12. Final Confirmation
Any verbal commitment should ideally be followed by written confirmation on WhatsApp/email.
The quotation/invoice and these Terms & Conditions together form the booking agreement.
